That said, the appointment started about 25 minutes late, which affected the overall experience. Since I had called ahead and booked a specific time, I expected a more on-time start or at least better communication. I am not suggesting that Nailie lower its prices. The salon is attractive, clean, and clearly focused on quality. A premium setting can support premium pricing. However, adding more value to the service, such as a longer massage or upgraded treatment elements, would help the experience better match the price point.

At the same time, my visit was affected by a late start, limited communication during the wait, and a service that felt rushed because of the delay. When combined with the higher price point, the overall value did not fully meet expectations for me on this particular visit.

With stronger appointment communication and a few improvements to the service experience, Nailie could easily become one of the top destinations for shellac pedicures in Maple Ridge.
It is also worth noting that Nailie appears to have a strong focus on nail art, which may be a major draw for clients looking for detailed or creative designs.
